Cut it People come in our lives with purposes, some that we know and some we find out later when things settle, and ones just can’t keep you pretending. Today I have a bone to pick with these people who don''t have any protocol whatsoever. These are the ones that come into your life and pretend to care about you because they know your weaknesses and strengths and most definitely how to use them against you. Now you might say – ah, if that happens to you then you are just dumb, but believe me, things are happening chomie. They will be there to listen to you pour your heart out and whine about whatever it is that''s happening to you and they will nod their heads, put on their sympathetic face and tell you – awwww babe, it will pass! Don''t worry. These ones also want to tell you what to do from A to Z without your permission. Like how do you just want to tell me that yellow is my colour, then get upset when I tell you that my colour is actually red!? If you have friends like this, then my friend – we need to cut some parasites out of our lives by December. In life however, there are always two things involved, it could be you or the next person that is messed up. But in any case there''s a difference between a good friend and one that''s living their life off you. I know many people with different psychological problems and for some reason they are only at ease when they feel wanted. It’s completely and totally out of their will and control, and regardless of them being aware of the situation, being used somehow makes them sleep better at night. Get help my dearest, you are going to be alive for a while and with situations like that, it will be a bumpy ride for you.
But in the end, people catch up. Things change and so do people. If your so called friend decides to get mad at you for buying green wedges because you like them instead of the blue ones she suggested and turns it into a huge thing then clearly there is something there. I know for sure that will be the end of us. Like O.T said, cut it if you need too!
