State Prosecutor Ethel Ndlovu in her arguments for sentencing to Judge Naomi Shivute of the three men convicted of the murder of the owner of HAMS Security, Andries Petrus de Jager in 2009, said the murder was premeditated and according to investigations, there was extensive planning prior to the murder.
Ndlovu further argued that the offences committed by Willem Kawulefelwa Valombola, Toivo Kashipolo and Fillipus Shishiveni Nomongula, were out of greed and avarice, and it is these factors that make the blameworthiness of the three accused very serious.
