A local lawyer says the so-called expelled ‘Swapo Four’ have probable cause to drag the ruling party before the court for their political demise.
This follows remarks by land activist Job Amupanda indicating that there could be a legal challenge to the “recent suspensions, expulsions and utterances”.
Swapo Secretary-General Nangolo Mbumba refused to comment on the matter saying he “is a realist” who will only comment when it happens.
