A man accused of the murdering six people in a horror car crash between Swakopmund and Henties Bay in 2014, made another appearance in the Swakopmund Regional Court yesterday.
The case against Jandré Dippenaar, 32, was postponed until 23 January next year, for plea and trial.
The matter is expected to run until 3 February 2016.
The defence brought an application before Magistrate Gaynor Poulton for the postponement of the case, after a 200-page report was only disclosed in April.
It was argued that the defence needed more time to analyse the report.
