Cop back in dock for ‘helping’ rapist escape

The police officer, who is in the dock for allegedly aiding a convicted robber and rapist to escape, has had his case postponed until 15 July for further investigations.
The magistrate yesterday granted a final postponement for investigations in the matter to be concluded.
Constable Festus Shihepo, 32, has been charged with aiding Charles Namiseb, 34, who simply walked out of the Windhoek Central Police Station.
