The session will be held at the Safari Hotel in Windhoek on Saturday, where clubs are expected to give their final review of the constitution.
The two FIFA delegates have been brought in to assist the clubs and the league officials to ensure that the process is completed.
The constitution will then be taken back to the Namibia Football Association (NFA) for ratification, before an NPL annual general meeting (AGM) is held to endorse the new constitution.
After the endorsement of the constitution, the NPL will hold its first elective AGM in nearly a year to elect a new NPL leadership.
“I can confirm that the two FIFA officials have arrived in the country and will join us for the session.
“We really expect a positive outcome from this meeting because all the clubs have confirmed their attendance to this auspicious occasion.
“It will be great to have international people with expertise that will help Namibian league football recover again,” NPL's Tovey //Hoebeb said.
Thirteen premier league clubs attended the first session at the University of Namibia (Unam).
The absence of some clubs raised suspicion among others who were present. Some club owners felt that the absence was deliberate because the clubs wanted the NPL to fail again.
This follows almost 15 months of twists and turns which left the country without premier league football and the NPL without any leaders. //Hoebeb however rubbished the suspicions, stating that the clubs had given their reasons for not attending the first session.
“I do not think that is the case because this clubs gave valid excuses for why they failed to show up.
“I do believe that everyone wants to make a success out of this meeting and we are therefore not going to think about the negatives,” //Hoebeb said.
