Petrol price increases by 40 cents

Minister of Mines and Energy Obeth Kandjoze has announced that the fuel price will increase as of midnight today.
Kandjoze said in a media statement issued yesterday the petrol and diesel pump prices will increase at 00h01.
He said 95 octane unleaded petrol will increase by 40 cents per litre, while diesel (all grades) will increase by 30 cents per litre.
This means 95 unleaded petrol will now cost N$10.99 per litre; diesel 500 parts per million (ppm) N$10.82 per litre; and diesel 50ppm will cost N$10.92 per litre.
