The State and the defence counsel are expected to present arguments in aggravation and mitigation of sentence in the Caprivi treason trial in the High Court tomorrow.
Thirty men are found guilty of high treason, murder, attempted murder, illegal possession of arms and ammunition as well as contravention of immigration regulations. Thirty-five accused were not found guilty and discharged.
Judge Elton Hoff is also expected to give a ruling on whether some of the State witnesses would be given immunity from prosecution on offenses that they testified about.
