Two suspects who were caught red-handed vandalising the new Rundu shopping centre on Sunday are expected to appear before the Rundu magistrate court today to face a case of malicious damage to property.
Rundu police spokesperson Chrispin Mubebo told Namibian Sun that the suspects were arrested around 10:00 on Sunday morning after witnesses called the police.
The two brothers, who are believed to be mentally disturbed, destroyed several automatic teller machines (ATMs) and the glass doors of multiple shops at the complex and covered the walls with graffiti.
