African leaders must desist from clinging onto power and retire as respected leaders, President Hage Geingob said this week.
The message was contained in a speech delivered on his behalf by Deputy Prime Minister Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah during the opening ceremony of the African Union sixth annual retreat of Special Envoys and Mediators on the Promotion of Peace Security and Stability.
