The Minister of Environment and Tourism, Pohamba Shifeta, who is currently in Ankara, Turkey, for a global climate change event, has condemned the terrorist attacks that occurred in Ankara on Saturday and expressed condolences to the people of Turkey.
Shifeta was speaking at the opening of the 12th Conference of Parties (COP 12) to the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD).
The Ankara bombings that ripped through a crowd outside the main railway station in the Turkish capital killed nearly 100 people.
