The body of Alfred Ward, a paramedic at E-Med Rescue 24 Namibia who died on duty in a place crash in Cape Town, arrived in Swakopmund on Wednesday.
His body was received by his father, Terrance Ward, as well as family and friends at the Swakopmund cemetery's morgue.
Ward will be buried at the same cemetery tomorrow.
The 24-year-old Ward died in Cape Town on August 16 while transporting a South African citizen, Gabriel le Roux, 80, from Oranjemund to Cape Town for medical treatment.
