No election fever

There are roughly seven weeks to go before the regional and local authority elections and one would not say it if one looks at the activities of the political parties.
If these were general and presidential elections, party rallies, flags and posters would be omnipresent.
Several political commentators say that President Hage Geingob, academics, and the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) are to blame for this lack of hype.
