Namibian farmers will have to pull up their socks to ensure decent housing and ablution facilities for their workers.
President Hage Geingob said he plans to go around from farm to farm to inspect the living conditions of farmworkers and to see how the country’s farmers are doing.
“I am a little behind with my own farm.
“I still need to finish the pit latrine and showers. We must have this; we must make sure there is proper shelter for the workers.
“Namibia is very weak on sanitation,” said Geingob.
