President Hage Geingob says infighting between permanent secretaries and their ministers will not be tolerated because the stakes are high and the electorate is impatient for service delivery.
Geingob also lashed out at ministries that return millions of unspent dollars budgeted for capital projects to the Treasury every year.
“The return of money for capital projects comes at an expense and it undermines the government’s efforts to develop the country,” he said.
