Following the recent abrupt halting of the Mass Housing initiative, a contractor has instituted a N$101 million in the High Court against the government and the National Housing Enterprise (NHE).
The Ministry of Urban and Rural Development, on behalf of government, and the NHE have also been requested to pay 20% interest per year since 2014, as well as the cost of suit and further financial relief.
