Namibia appears to be turning into a sewage-soaked nation – the stench of unhygienic muck and filth, coupled with mountains of dirt and garbage permeating the senses of those who dare to venture into the areas where people are disadvantaged and living a life of poverty and depravation. While on the surface, towns look reasonably clean and pristine, one only needs to wander into the shanty town areas where the poor live in shacks to see the vast difference in basic amenities like the running water, sewerage systems, garbage removal, electricity, etc. Read more about The local authority stink
