‘Monster’ gets 30 years for toddler murder, torture

A 50-year-old Sunday school teacher convicted of murdering her three-year-old niece has been sentenced to 30 years’ imprisonment.
During sentencing in the Oshakati High Court yesterday, Frieda Kalukuma seemed emotionless as Judge Maphios Cheda labelled her a “monster” for carrying out a barbaric assault on a minor.
