Morne Mouton (20) who stands accused of the murder of three police officers, made his fourth appearance in the Windhoek Magistrate’s Court yesterday.
The case was postponed to 24 November this year for the prosecutor-general to decide on the case.
Mouton faces a charge of culpable homicide as well as one of drunk driving.
A Windhoek City Police officer identified as Constable Manfred Gaoseb was among the three people who died. The two others were identified as Joshua Ngenokesho and Werner Simon.
