The grisly scene of the murder of an elderly resident of Cimbebasia in Windhoek was relived in the Windhoek High Court seven years after the incident.
Commissioner Hermie van Zyl, who was in command at the scene of the crime seven years ago, yesterday testified on the transcript of the recording he made when certain elements of the crime scene were pointed out to him. The murder of Gideon Johannes ‘Koos’ Stoop, 79, was committed between 28 and 29 August 2009.
