Brave Warriors coach Ricardo Mannetti has opted to take up his previous post as head of the country’s youth teams and as in-house coach with the Namibia Football Association (NFA), instead of continuing with his current job.
This was announced by the NFA’s Secretary-General, Barry Rukoro, who refused to call Mannetti’s decision a resignation.
“We respect the decision, although it is hard. Like everyone else I’m disappointed, but every man has to chart his own path,” he said at a packed press conference at the NFA’s Football House yesterday.
