Omatala going for N$2.5m

Businessman Erastus ‘Chicco’ Shapumba will have to fork out N$2.5 million in order to acquire a 1.6-hectare piece of land at Oshakati, which is considered prime property.
Shapumba’s company, Mouse Properties cc, recently won the bid to acquire the old Oshakati Open Market.
Last week, the Oshakati Town Council placed a notice in newspapers, inviting members of the public who are objecting to the sale of the property to make written submissions before 13 August 2016.
