Some members of the Children of the Liberation Struggle, testifying at the inquest into the shooting of Frieda Ndatipo, maintain there was no reason for the police to intervene in their protest as they did not prevent anybody from entering the Swapo headquarters in Katutura.
They all denied seeing any of the so-called struggle kids throwing stones at or threatening the police with sticks.
One of the struggle kids, Ndamononghenda Nghindimbwa, yesterday testified that they were just singing songs. She said she not see or hear that anybody carried a gun.
