Another northern pensioner murdered

A 63-year-old woman has been shot dead, allegedly by her 30-year-old son, at Onaizimba in the Omusati Region following an argument over chores.
It is alleged that Sarah Kauna Shimuna was shot once in the forehead with a 9mm pistol on Sunday following a quarrel with her son.
Police spokesperson Sergeant Anna Kunga told Namibian Sun that the suspect, who is expected to appear before the Outapi Magistrate’s Court today, was arrested in Oshakati on Wednesday.
