Former Namibia Security Guard Watchmen’s Union (NASGWU) Secretary-General, David Frans, who was voted out of power earlier this year amid allegations of misusing funds, says he will fight back.
Frans accuses the Trade Union Congress of Namibia (Tucna) leadership of allegedly appointing a biased investigation committee to investigate the charges laid against him and themselves.
The investigation committee allegedly found Frans guilty of misusing funds and of failing to pay union employees and members.
