Nored N$4m fraud probe drags on

Oshana Police Regional Commander, Commissioner Rauha Amwele, told Namibian Sun on Wednesday that they are still investigating the N$4-million fraud matter at the Northern Regional Electricity Distributor (Nored) and that they are working hand-in-hand with the Office of Prosecutor-General.
“Police investigations have are not yet done, as there is a lot of investigation work, because the fraud was not committed at the same time.
“Here and there, the Office of the Prosecutor General tasks us to do this and that, and we are progressing well,” Amwele said.
