Communal farmers in the dark

The Ministry of Agriculture Water and Forestry (MAWF) is in a process of constructing a meat processing plant in Ongwediva for farmers in the Northern Communal Areas (NCAs), but the farmers are not aware of project.
Ironically, the Namibian National Farmers Union (NNFU) cried foul earlier this week over government non-action in terms of establishment processing facilities within the NCA, which stretches from the Zambezi to the Kunene Region.
