A senior traditional councillor of the !Oë#Gân traditional authority, Erastus !Gonteb, says “dissidents” in the tribe threatened legal action against Chief Immanuel /Gáseb because some councillors fear /Gáseb’s expressed intent to publish the findings of an audit report.
