The Namibian Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) has announced the death of its employee and former television news anchor Allen Adonis, who died in a horrific car accident while on his way to work this morning. Adonis, who joined NBC 24 years ago, died instantly after his car collided with an oncoming truck – just a few metres outside the NBC headquarters in the Northern Industrial Area.
