According to the recently released FNB Housing Index for the fourth quarter of 2015, the median house price calculated at the end of December indicates that Oshakati housing prices have gone down by 28%.
The report further states that a slowdown in price growth is expected as new developments come on-stream in 2016.
Prices in Ondangwa, however, have tripled over the past year.
The value index indicates that median house prices in the North have edged to N$650 000, with growth edging slightly lower than 20%.
