AG lashes out at critics

Attorney-General Sackey Shanghala says it is black Namibians who are complaining about the proposed N$700 million construction of a new parliament building.
Shanghala was speaking at a panel discussion on the Namibian Constitution titled ‘Racial and Tribal Discrimination – Do We Need New Laws?’.
“I would rather have a discussion with you about the new parliament than talk to you about things that happened before some of you were born,” Shanghala told the audience.
