Businessman blasts NEEEF timeframe

A local businessman has criticised the two weeks allowed for public scrutiny and input on the New Equitable Economic Empowerment Framework (NEEEF) draft bill.
The bill, which is available online, will remain open for scrutiny until February 25, allowing only two weeks for public consultation.
Yesterday, Prime Minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila officiated at a public consultative meeting with the Law Reform and Development Commission.
