Former Nipam executive director Joseph Diescho claims that he was victimised, intimidated, humiliated and threatened by the institution’s council members.
In a 15-page letter sent to Prime Minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila last week, Diescho further accuses the government of victimising and harassing “independent, intellectual and constructively critical thinkers”.
Diescho gave Kuugongelwa-Amadhila “three market days” to respond to the letter which sought her intervention in his labour dispute with his former employer, after which he would make the letter public.
