Kavango's educated to be listed

Traditional leaders in the two Kavango regions are to compile a list of “educated” people in the regions for appointment in the public service “without any compromise”.
This came after a consultative trip to various traditional leaders to discuss the axing of Joseph Diescho from Nipam and Elijah Ngurare from the Swapo youth wing.
The trip came a little over a month after a failed mass demonstration by the residents of the two regions in protest against what they perceive to be constant snubbing by the central government.
