Uranium miner Paladin Energy yesterday reported a 75% quarter-on-quarter increase in revenue and higher December quarter production from the Namibian-based Langer Heinrich mine.
The Langer Heinrich mine delivered a 16% quarter-on-quarter increase in production to 1.25 million pounds of uranium oxide (U3O8), while drummed material increased by 5% on the previous quarter to 1.26 million pounds of U3O8.
The increase in production was owing to a 7% increase in throughput and a 6% increase in overall recovery.
