O-regions reign supreme again

Northern schools have yet again managed to outperform schools south of the red line by clinging onto all top ten positions on the list of best-performing schools in the full-time Junior Secondary Certificate (JSC) examinations.
On top of that, the four ‘O-regions’ - Oshikoto, Oshana, Omusati and Ohangwena – are the four top-performing regions in the national JSC examinations.
This proven track record yet again drives home the message that lack of facilities and resources is not necessarily an obstacle to achieving academic success.
