Father and daughter reunited after 31 years

Tears of joy flowed on Wednesday evening when a Namibian father was reunited with one of his German twin daughters after 31 years.
With patience fuelled by a dream come true, Olavi Dineinge Shaduka, 69, and a number of his children and relatives spent the evening at the regional headquarters of the police at Oshakati waiting for the arrival of Sophia Shaduka, 31, and her eight-year-old daughter, Jaydae, who landed in Windhoek from Germany and immediately caught a bus to the North, arriving at Oshakati shortly before midnight.
