NGF eye junior golf growth

The Namibia Golf Federation (NGF) will aim to draw more players to the game next year and revive the hype in junior golf.
NGF president Andre Burger said Namibian golf clubs had seen a decline in popularity and participation in recent years.
Responding to questions sent to him by Namibian Sun recently, Burger said the federation wanted to reactivate the junior golf development programme.
“We want to draw back more players to the game and to reactivate the junior golf development programme which has been a bit dormant over the last two years,” he said.
