A group of disabled workers, who were locked out of an Avis property after it was sold by the Ehafo Trust for N$21 million, will today take their battle to the High Court.
The application will apparently centre around the ownership of the property, which includes a centre where the disabled reported daily.
The group of 65 workers have been on government’s payroll since 2007, after the centre ran into massive financial difficulties.
Worker representative Marius Nujoma indicated yesterday they are being assisted by the Office of the Attorney-General.
