Brave Warriors mentor Ricardo Mannetti, who guided the Namibian side to a historic Cosafa Cup title a few weeks ago, has resigned from his position just days before his side is due to play Zambia in a Championship of African Nations (CHAN) qualifier match in Windhoek. Mannetti will not be lost to Namibian football as he will continue to work with the youth teams under the NFA. At a media briefing a while ago, NFA secretary-general Barry Rukoro said Mannetti had asked to be reinstated in his previous post within the NFA.
