Water crisis hits home

A list of harsh water restrictions have been announced with immediate effect for Windhoek, with the shockingly low rainfall sparking fears that the dams that the supply the country’s central areas will run dry by the middle of next year.
Not complying with the host of water savings measures will result in a fine of N$2 000 or six months in jail.
