The Namibian National Students’ Organisation (Nanso) has given the National Youth Council (NYC) until tomorrow to provide a full record of proceedings of a Representative Council (RC) meeting where a decision was taken to suspend the student body, failing which Nanso will submit an urgent High Court application to challenge the suspension.
The ultimatum was issued in a letter written by the law firm Sisa Namandje and Co. The letter was hand-delivered to NYC Representative Council’s Neville Andre and copied to NYC Executive Chairperson Mandela Kapere.
