Prosecutor-General Martha Imalwa is expected to advise the police whether the Namibian government has jurisdiction to deal with an alleged child molestation that took place during apartheid.
Lucy Witts, now 41, was allegedly molested in Swakopmund between 1976 and 1988, when she lived with her mother and stepfather at the coastal town.
Her sister lived with her biological father for a number of years and moved to Swakopmund in 1983.
Witts alleges that her stepfather Dragan Vujican abused her from the age of two to the age of 12.
