The wife of the late Kwangali traditional leader Chief Sitentu Daniel Mpasi has obtained an interim court order to recover all the assets of her late husband that family members had illegally deprived her of.
In the urgent application, Irene Mpasi said the assets in question were removed on August 8 this year.
She brought the application as the executrix of the estate of her late husband who died on December 17, 2014. She was appointed as executrix by the Master of the High Court.
