Man stabbed to death in funeral brawl

A 27-year-old man was stabbed to death while attending a funeral in Omaheke Region at the weekend.
According to police spokesperson Deputy Commissioner Edwin Kanguatjivi the deceased, Johannes Ndala, got into an argument with his 31-year-old friend who allegedly stabbed him in the neck with a knife at the Epako settlement in Gobabis.
“The victim was rushed to the hospital by the police but was declared dead on arrival,” said Kanguatjivi. The suspect is expected to appear in the Gobabis Magistrate’s Court today.
