Former employees of the Botswana Embassy in Namibia say they resigned from the mission because of management irregularities and because they were deprived of employee benefits.
The ex-employees accuse the embassy management under the leadership of High Commissioner Tshenolo Modise of ignoring the mission’s policies and regulations.
One of the employees who left the mission earlier this year told Namibian Sun that since October 2014, four employees have resigned from the mission and some plan to throw in the towel by the end of next month.
