The defence counsel in the B1 City project fraud case will on Thursday launch an application to force the State to provide further particulars in the case against their clients.
Sisa Namandje, representing accused Dawid Imbili, will launch a further challenge on the constitutionality of Section 45 (a) (b) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
This probably will require the Attorney-General, Minister of Justice, and the Director of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) to indicate whether they are going to oppose the constitutional challenge.
