Eighty-four police officers have been charged for criminal activities between 2012 and last year.
This is according to Police Inspector-General, Sebastian Ndeitunga, who was speaking yesterday at the conclusion of the Anti-Corruption Commission Conference in Windhoek.
Ndeitunga emphasised that law-enforcers are not immune to acts of corruption, adding that 15 corrupt police officers are currently suspended, while one has been relieved of his duties for being dishonest.
