Son in search of father’s remains

The 30-year-old son of the late Willbard Elago ‘Ndjeke’ Ashikoto, who died in 1982, s in search of his father’s grave.
Risto Ashikoto, who never saw his father, wants to know where his father was buried.
Ashikoto told Namibian Sun recently that he wants to re-bury his father in his home village.
He said he always had hope of seeing his father until a member of the Namibia Defence Force (NDF) searched for him and told him that the father had died years ago.
Ashikoto decided to look for his siblings last year and managed to meet three of them.
