Exile Kids choose new leaders WETUMWENE SHIKAGE

The Namibian Exile Kids Association recently elected new leaders at a congress held in Windhoek.
The leadership will aim to revive the association’s regional structures, mobilise financial resources and explore business opportunities.
The office bearers to serve for the next three years are: Rauna Amutati (president), Kadiva Hamutumwa (vice-president), Tuliameni Mao Angula (secretary-general) and Fidel Nambudunga (treasurer).
Namasiku Lizazi, Onesmus Nanyeni and Nambata Angula were elected to the National Executive Committee.
Neka was founded on 25 November 2008 with the primary aim to represent and promote the well-being and image of all Namibian children born or raised in exile during the liberation struggle.
The association also strives to unite all Namibian children born during the liberation struggle.
